Former Married at First Sight bride Domenica Calarco has revealed that she’s officially welcomed her baby into the world!
She made the exciting announcement via Instagram on August 31, revealing she had her baby girl days before.
“DOVE 28/08/2025,” she wrote, alongside a black and white photo of her with her daughter.
Famous figures have also rushed to share their excitement for the first-time mum.
“Beautiful congrats gorgeous,” 2024 MAFS bride Lucinda Light wrote.
Yellow Wiggle Tsehay Hawkins said congratulations, and Domenica replied: “Got a new little Wiggles fan for you coming right up! Hehe.”
“Oh this is the most wonderful news! Welcome to the world darling Dove. So much love to you all,” Jessica Rowe gushed.
In an Instagram story, Doemnica shared a sweet photo of her daughter turned towards the room’s TV, which featured Peter Overton.
“Dove instantly recognised her Uncle Pete’s voice earthside,” she wrote.
She also shared a close-up photo of herself cuddling her baby wearing a “mama” necklace, and another with pastries from the B85 Artisan Bakery – her first post-birth food request.
Is Domenica Calarco in a relationship?
Earlier this year, days after confirming that she was expecting her first child, Domenica confirmed that she would be raising her baby by herself after splitting from her boyfriend, Jarod Bogunovich.
On March 16, Domenica took to Instagram to confirm the sad news, revealing that she felt “truly empowered” by her decision to step into motherhood on her own terms.
“I am incredibly excited about this next chapter in my life. This journey is one that I embrace wholeheartedly, with all its highs and lows, and I am beyond proud to be stepping into this role with strength, love, and a deep sense of purpose.”
She then added that she was “grateful to have the support of the father in a co-parenting capacity.”
“There is so much power in making the best decision for yourself and your child,” she concluded.
Jarod himself shared a statement of his own on social media shortly after, writing that he was “committed to co-parenting” and ensuring his child’s well-being was “always at the forefront.”
“As most of you already know, Dom and I are officially separated. Moving forward, my main priority is our child and stepping into the role of a father with as much love and support as I can offer,” he wrote.
In September 2024, Domenica shared a photo that hinted at her former romance and told 9 Entertainment that she was the “happiest” she’d ever been.
Her “greatest joy”
Taking to Instagram on March 12, the former reality star shared her exciting pregnancy news for the first time via a heartfelt compilation on Instagram.
In the caption, she admitted taking time away from social media for this special reason: “Been a little MIA working on my greatest project yet…..Baby ? due September 2025 ?”
The behind-the-scenes video started with the former MAFS star discovering she was pregnant with her positive pregnancy test.
She also provided a glimpse of her sonogram and the recorded reactions of her family and friends to finding out her news.
In an Instagram story posted on the same night as her official announcement, Domenica revealed that she was 14 weeks into her pregnancy.
While it was happy news, the former TV bride told followers she had already experienced sickness in her first trimester and thyroid issues.
What happened with Domenica from MAFS?
Following her time on the reality show, she hosted the Sit With Us podcast with fellow bride Ella Ding.
Despite its success, the podcast ended in August 2024, following backlash from listeners after inviting on controversial guests. They shared a statement on the podcast’s private Facebook page, explaining that ending the podcast was a joint decision.
Domenica then embarked on her first solo podcasting venture with her empowering show Mad Woman, which speaks about “highs, lows, and everything in between.” Away from podcasting, she provides updates about renovations to her barn house through her Instagram account @th3.bluehouse.
