Step 1.
Lightly grease a microwave-safe cup or mug.
Step 2.
Add eggs and milk. Whisk with a fork until well combined.
Step 3.
Microwave on Medium for about 30 secs; stir with a fork. Microwave on Medium for a further 15-20 secs or until egg is cooked but still a little soft in the centre. Remove.
Step 4.
Set aside for about 30 secs as egg will continue to cook on standing. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 5.
Serve with toast fingers.
