When is season two of With Love, Meghan coming out?
After the success of the first season, Meghan’s Netflix series was given the green light soon after!
After initially teasing it in March via Instagram, on August 12th, it was revealed that season two would premiere on August 26th.
We’ve already been given a trailer, and it looks like there is a lot in store!
So far, we know that Chrissy Teigen, Christina Tosi, Clare Smyth, Daniel Martin, David Chang, Heather Dorak, Jamie Kern Lima, Jay Shetty, José Andrés, Radhi Devlukia, Samin Nosrat and Tan France will all be making appearances.
Prince Harry was not in the trailer, so there’s a possibility he might not feature in season two.
After the Duke and the Duchess of Sussex extended their Netflix deal, we also found out that we can expect a special episode called ‘Holiday Celebration‘, in December.
Alongside her husband, Meghan has previously starred in and produced a range of projects for the streaming service: Harry & Meghan in 2022, Heart of Invictus in 2023, and POLO in 2024.
Where was With Love, Meghan filmed?
While the show was pleasing to the eye, the Duchess of Sussex faced backlash when she decided not to film it in her Montecito home. Instead, it was shot at a house owned by philanthropists and neighbours Tom and Sherrie Cipolla.
Speaking on The Jamie Kern Lima Show as a podcast guest on April 28, Meghan revealed her reasoning behind the decision.
“When people say, ‘Why didn’t you [film in] your house?’ Well, I have kids coming home for their nap, and 80 people in the kitchen isn’t really the childhood memory I’d want for them to have,” she said.
The show was also filmed inside a barn house on the property.
What is With Love, Meghan about?
Sharing the trailer for season one to her brand new Instagram account on January 3, 2025, the Duchess of Sussex revealed the name of her cooking show for the first time.
She also confirmed that there would be eight 33-minute episodes in season one, all of which showcase her cooking and gardening skills and feature special guests including Mindy Kaling, Roy Choi Alice Waters, and, unsurprisingly, her husband Prince Harry.
The official synopsis for the show reads: “This inspiring series, produced by Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, reimagines the genre of lifestyle programming, blending practical how-to’s and candid conversation with friends, new and old.”
“Meghan shares personal tips and tricks, embracing playfulness over perfection, and highlights how easy it can be to create beauty, even in the unexpected. She and her guests roll up their sleeves in the kitchen, the garden, and beyond, and invite you to do the same.”
The Duchess of Sussex wrote a similar message on her Instagram account when sharing the trailer for the first time.
“I have been so excited to share this with you! I hope you love the show as much as I loved making it. Wishing you all a fantastic new year! Thanks to our amazing crew and the team @netflix. Beyond grateful for the support — and fun!”
When did With Love, Meghan premiere?
Despite initially announcing that With Love, Meghan would premiere on January 15, 2025, the Duchess of Sussex requested this be pushed back in response to the wildfires in Los Angeles, which destroyed more than 10,000 structures, displaced countless residents, and tragically caused loss of life.
In a statement from the mother-of-two at the time, she wrote: “I’m thankful to my partners at Netflix for supporting me in delaying the launch, as we focus on the needs of those impacted by the wildfires in my home state of California.”
With Love, Meghan then premiered on March 4, 2025.
